Our locations are open for Self Service 7 days a week including public holidays.

Our Summer Hill location provides Wash Dry Fold and Drycleaning services Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and Sat 9am-3pm.

Wash cycles range from 24 to 36 minutes. ‍Dryers are optimally preset to 30 minutes.

As a rule of thumb, washers should be filled to a **maximum of 80%** of the drum to ensure there is enough room for adequate cleaning agitation. Anything more and it will compromise the overall quality of the clean.

For Dryers we recommend filling the drum to a maximum of 50% for an optimal dry.

We have laundry detergent that can be purchased however we understand that you may have your own preferences. If that's the case, we highly encourage you to bring your own detergents to customise your modern laundry experience! Be sure to check the instructions to ensure you put the detergents in the right compartment/s.

Our locations accept card payments. Cash is accepted during attended hours at Summer Hill. $1 and $2 coins are accepted only at our Alexandria location.

If your load contains bulky items like doonas, quilts, blankets, heavy towels or bath mats, you might need to upsize. While your load might not weigh much, those bulky items require more space in the washer to get the cleanest washing experience.

Although we run regular maintenance on our machines, problems can still occur. We will do our best to seek the best solution for you.
